Quantum Lens is an AI-powered platform that helps individuals understand their rights across UK regulatory domains including employment, immigration, housing, and benefits. The analyses, draft letters, and responses are generated by an AI model and are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

The AI may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information. UK law changes frequently, and statutory rates, thresholds, and procedures are updated regularly. You must verify any information against current official sources before relying on it.

All content generated by Quantum Lens is regulatory intelligence, not legal advice. It does not constitute a legal opinion, a assessment of your legal position, or a recommendation to take any particular course of action.

Using Quantum Lens does not create a solicitor-client relationship between you and Quantum Lens, its operators, or any third party. No such relationship exists regardless of the detail or personalisation of any output. For legal advice tailored to your circumstances, instruct a qualified solicitor regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when using the service.
• You are responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on output from Quantum Lens.
• You must not use Quantum Lens to harass, threaten, or deceive any person, or to facilitate unlawful activity.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

• To use Quantum Lens you start a 7-day free trial by saving a card with our payment processor, Stripe. Nothing is charged when the trial starts. The trial includes AI actions for your plan: 15 on Individual, 25 on Legal professional and 20 on Business, as shown when you sign up. An AI action is one thing you ask the AI to do, such as an analysis, a document review, a question or a draft letter. An action that fails is not counted. Each account can have one free trial.
• When the trial ends, on day 8, your card is charged for the plan and billing period you chose, and the subscription begins. If you use all your trial actions sooner, AI actions pause until that charge. Cancel before day 8 from your profile and you won't be charged.
• A subscription is billed monthly or yearly and includes a monthly allowance of AI actions: Individual (£19.99/month or £199/year), 200 a month; Professional (£59.99/month or £599/year), 650 a month; Business (£99/month or £990/year), 800 a month. Organisation plans are priced by quote. The allowance renews each month on the date you subscribed, and unused actions do not carry over.
• A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from your profile. It then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, with no refund for part of a period. If you cancel during the free trial, it continues until its end date and you are not charged.
• If a payment is declined, including the first charge after the trial, AI actions keep working for 3 days while you update your card. After that they are paused until the payment succeeds.
• AI actions are paused, and everything else in your account stays available, when: your trial actions are used before the first charge; your monthly allowance is used until it renews; a declined payment is not fixed within 3 days; or your subscription has ended.
• Deleting your account cancels any subscription immediately, with no refund for the rest of the period. The same email address can't be used for a new account for 14 days.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or breach these terms.

You retain ownership of the documents and situation text you upload. Generated analyses and draft letters are provided for your personal use. The Quantum Lens platform, branding, and software remain the property of Quantum Lens.

Quantum Lens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Lens shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, any output from the service, including any legal, financial, or immigration consequences of acting on that output.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Quantum Lens after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
